UAE factions brutally torture a citizen in Shabwa

SHABWA, Oct. 30 (YPA) – A citizen was brutally tortured by factions affiliated with the UAE in Shabwa province in eastern Yemen.

Human rights activists confirmed on “X” platform during the past hours that citizen Adib Salem Ali al-Mua’min, from Nissab district west of the city of Ataq, the center of the governorate, was brutally tortured after being kidnapped by elements of the “Shabwa Defense” factions in the same directorate, according to the “Sons of Aden platform” interested in Emirati crimes in southern Yemen.

The sources published shocking photos of citizen Adib and on his body traces of torture by beating, hanging and cauterization with fire in different parts of his body, which showed the brutality of torture against the citizen while he was in the factions prisons.

The incident of torture of the citizen was met with angry reactions among the Sons of Nissab district, demanding an investigation into the incident.
