Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza: Death toll of Zionist aggression rises to 2,750

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Oct. 16 (YPA) – The number of Palestinians killed by the occupying Israeli regime since the beginning of the aggression on Gaza has risen to 2,750, the majority of whom are civilians, including children, while number of wounded tops 9,700, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.

According to the Palestinian Civil Defense on Sunday, more than 1,000 people are missing under the rubble of destroyed buildings in Gaza, while many neighborhoods were wept out by the Israeli barbaric airstrikes.

For his part, Spokesman for the Ministry of Health, Ashraf Al-Qudra, confirmed that what the occupation forces killed during 8 days of their brutal aggression exceeded what they killed in 51 days during the 2014 war, which confirms that the crimes they commit against the Palestinian people amount to ethnic cleansing.

He pointed out that the Zionist targeting of residential neighborhoods during the past 24 hours led to the death of 300 citizens and the injury of 800 others, most of the victims are children and women.

The Zionist enemy increases its unprecedented cruelty and brutality, through bombing all areas of the Gaza Strip from the air.
