Venezuela calls to unify efforts to support Palestinian people

CARACAS, Oct. 12 (YPA) – Vice President of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, called on the Venezuelan people to unify efforts to support Palestine to confront the Israeli occupation.

“The people, who have been repressed and insulted for decades, has a right to development and peace,” Rodríguez said in an interview with Venezuelan television on Wednesday. We must unify our efforts to support Palestine.”

She confirmed that for many years,”the Palestinian people have not found institutions that emphasize their rights,” calling to express respect towards the Palestinian state.

Earlier, the Venezuelan President, Nicolás Maduro, had accused the Israeli occupation of committing a “genocide” against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip after the occupation decision imposing a full blockade on the Strip.
