Yemeni Parliament calls on Arab, Islamic Parliaments to express solidarity with Palestinian People

SANAA, Oct. 09 (YPA) – Yemen’s Parliament commended the significant public demonstration witnessed in the capital Sanaa, and several liberated Yemeni provinces, highlighting the outpouring of support, unity, and endorsement for the Palestinian people and their brave stance against the invading forces and occupying Zionists in the Al-Aqsa Flood Operation.

The Parliament viewed the Al-Aqsa Flood operation as a crucial opportunity for the Arab and Islamic nations to reorganize, rekindle the spirit of jihad, uphold Arab dignity, restore the nation’s honor, prophet, and sanctities, reclaim its rights, and teach the Zionist enemy, who has perpetrated crimes, the gravest lessons and repercussions, ultimately leading to its inevitable downfall.

The Parliament emphasized that the path of confrontation and deterrence should widen to tighten the noose around the enemy’s neck through the efforts of free people and the countries of the resistance axis. All members of the nation and resistance factions should partake in this decisive battle for freedom. Surprising the enemy and surpassing its expectations is imperative, given that its vulnerabilities have been exposed. It must not be granted a moment’s respite, putting an end to its arrogance, crimes, and persistent transgressions.

The Parliament reiterated its call to Arab and Islamic nations to actively engage in all arenas, cities, and capitals to support, endorse, and stand in solidarity with the Palestinian people and their resistance, employing all available means and support, including resources and manpower, rather than remaining mere spectators.

The Parliament urged the media, through all its channels, to fulfill its responsible role by countering the Zionist media, debunking its falsehoods and claims, which aim to distort and manipulate facts and rationalize the crimes and repeated violations committed by the occupying enemy against the Palestinian people and Islamic holy sites.

Furthermore, the Parliament called on Arab and Islamic parliaments and the global community to express their support and solidarity with the Palestinian people, and to exert pressure on the United Nations, the Security Council, and their affiliated bodies to fulfill their duty in safeguarding Palestinian civilians.
