Civilian killed, others wounded in Saudi attack on Saada

SAADA, Oct. 05 (YPA) – One civilian was killed and two others were injured on Thursday as a result of renewed Saudi attacks on the populated border areas of Saada province, north of Yemen.

A security source in the province affirmed that the Saudi artillery fired towards the area in the Shada border district.

Earlier, the source announced that two civilians, one of them an African immigrant, had been wounded by the Saudi shelling Al-Sheikh area in Munabih district, and other areas in the Shada district.

12 civilians have been killed or wounded since the beginning of this week as a result of the escalation of Saudi attacks on the border areas of Yemen.
