Parliament Speaker congratulates Iraqi counterpart on Independence Day

SANAA, Oct. 04 (YPA) – The Speaker of the Parliament, Yahya Ali Al-Rai, sent on Wednesday a cable of congratulations to the Speaker of the Iraqi House of Representatives, Muhammad Al-Halbousi.

In the cable, Al-Rai expressed his congratulations to Al-Halbousi on the occasion of the brotherly Iraqi people’s celebrations of Independence Day.
