Saudi attacks resume on border areas of Saada

SAADA, Sept. 30 (YPA) – The Saudi army resumed on Saturday its artillery and rocket attacks on the residential areas of Saada province, north of Yemen.

Official sources in the province said several populated villages in Baqim border district were subjected to the Saudi artillery bombardment.

Last week, 8 civilians were injured as a result of Saudi attacks on civilian areas in the Munabih and Shada border districts in the same province.

About 370 civilians have been killed and wounded as a result of Saudi attacks since the beginning of the current year, according to official statistics issued in mid-September by a statistician at Razih Rural Hospital in Saada, Ali Mansour.
