Sanaa lights torch of 61st anniversary of September 26 Revolution

SANAA, Sept. 25 (YPA) – Al-Tahrir Square in the center of the capital, Sanaa, witnessed on Monday evening the ceremony of lighting the torch of the 61st anniversary of the September 26 Revolution.

At the ceremony, which was attended by Prime Minister Abdulaziz bin Habtoor, Minister of Defense Major General Mohammed Nasser Al-Atefi, and a number of officials, several speeches were delivered, stressing the importance of continuing to “implement the goals of the September 26 Revolution and correct its course” through the September 21 Revolution.

The ceremony includes a youth and scout show on this occasion, with the participation of 500 scouts, in addition to artistic performances expressing this celebration.
