Three people killed by thunderbolts in Hajjah

HAJJAH, Sept. 19 (YPA) – A man and two women died on Tuesday due to thunderbolts in Khairan Al-Muharraq and Mubin districts in Hajjah province, northern Yemen.

The police of Khairan Muharraq district stated that a thunderbolt struck Masrouh village, leading to the death of Dalal Hussein Ahmed Mahdi Al-Hashraji, 30 years old, and Fatima Muhammad Ali Shuai Al-Husaybi, 25 years old. The two bodies were transferred to Martyr Yasser Wathhab Hospital to be delivered to their families for burial, according to the police.

In Mubin district, the district police reported that a thunderbolt hit the home of Ahmed Mahmoud Yahya Ahmed Al-Assi, 50 years old, leading to his death in Al-Dhafeer village. The body of Al-Assi was transferred to the Martyr Sharaf Al-Kahlani Hospital in the district and handed over to his family for burial.
