Yemeni riyal continues to fall against foreign currencies in southern provinces

SANAA, Sept. 11 (YPA) – The Yemeni riyal exchange rate continued to drop on Monday against foreign currencies in the southern and eastern provinces under the control of the Saudi-led coalition.

The exchange rate of the US dollar in Aden and Hadramout provinces reached 1,478 Yemeni riyals, while the exchange rate of the Saudi riyal hit 390 riyals.

Meanwhile, the riyal exchange stabilized in areas under the control of the Sanaa government at 529.50 riyals to the US dollar and 140.50 riyals to the Saudi riyal.
