Angry protest march inside oil company in Aden

ADEN, Sept. 07 (YPA) – Angry protests broke out on Thursday inside the branch of the Yemeni oil company in the coalition-controlled city of Aden in southern Yemen.

The Workers and employees of the company loyal to UAE-backed “Southern Transitional Council” carried out a protest march demanding that the management not transfer their salaries to al-Basiri exchange company without transferring them to the Commercial Bank.

The workers also confirmed that the management forced them to transfer their salaries to al-Basiri bank, threatening to escalate during the next week.
