Yemeni riyal continues to suffer against foreign currencies in southern provinces

SANAA, Sept. 07 (YPA) – The Yemeni riyal exchange rate continued to suffer on Thursday against foreign currencies in the southern and eastern provinces under the control of the Saudi-led coalition.

The exchange rate of the US dollar in Aden and Hadramout provinces reached 1,468 Yemeni riyals, while the exchange rate of the Saudi riyal hit 388 riyals.

On the other hand, the riyal exchange stabilized in areas under the control of the Sanaa government at 529.50 riyals to the US dollar and 140.50 riyals to the Saudi riyal.
