Sanaa threatens to strike illegal foreign bases in coalition-controlled areas

AMRAN, Aug 30 (YPA) -President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi Al-Mashat, warned the Americanas and British against pushing more troops to the areas controlled by the Saudi-led coalition forces

This came during his during a speech in an extended meeting in Amran governorate, on Wednesday.

“We see the news about the landing of US Marines  forces and British forces in the occupied provinces, and here I warn them not to go too far, as Yemen is a red line,” President Al-Mashat said:

President Al-Mashat added: Yemen has drones and missile capabilities and has a commander with a light hand on the trigger, n a clear indication of the readiness of Sanaa forces to target foreign forces present in the areas controlled by the coalition.

Al-Mashat’s remarks come after several media outlets revealed the arrival of new British forces to Hadramout governorate during the past days, after the arrival of US forces to Aden at the end of last June.
