Judicial Council approves prosecution plan for 1445 AH

SANAA Aug. 28 (YPA) – The Supreme Judicial Council, in its weekly meeting on Monday, chaired by Judge Ahmed Yahya Al-Mutawakel, approved the operational plan of the Public Prosecution for the year 1445 AH.

The Council approved that plan based on the memorandum of the Attorney General, and recommended that the plan be implemented according to the available capabilities.

In its meeting, the Council listened to the report of the Minister of Justice, Chairman of the Higher Institute for Judiciary, on the admission and registration procedures at the institute.

The Council also discussed the report submitted by the Justice Minister on the performance of the Higher Judicial Institute for the past year 1444 AH, and the level of implementation of the operational goals according to the Institute’s annual plan and approved the report.
