New scandal for UAE Red Crescent in Abyan

ABYAN, Aug 10 (YPA) – A number of southern activists accused the UAE Red Crescent of insulting the people of the southern governorates after publishing pictures of marginalized children in Khanfar district in Abyan governorate as beneficiaries of the UAE’s charitable works.

The activists said that the official of the ” Markaz Almotmyza” for sewing in the Ja’ar area crammed the children and distributed each of them one vacuum packed 1kg of date, which its price does not exceed one dollar and a half in a small room and filmed them raising it in their hands , in a new insult to the people of southern Yemen.

It is noteworthy that many reports have confirmed that those in charge of the Emirates Red Crescent in Yemen are intelligence officers. They collect information under the banner of humanitarian work.
