Southern leader reveals arrival of British military reinforcements to Mahra

MAHRA, Aug. 09 (YPA) – The Southern Commander, Adel Al-Hasani revealed on Wednesday the arrival of British military reinforcements to the province of al-Mahra in eastern Yemen .

Al-Hasani said in a tweet on “Twitter”, ”the arrival of new British troops to al-Mahra, What do we call this?”

The arrival of these troops coincides with news of the arrival of US Marines in Aden, southern Yemen, in light of New American moves to tighten control over Bab al-Mandab Strait and control maritime navigation routes.
