MARIB, July 07 (YPA) – Three displaced persons, including a girl, were injured as a result of a fire that broke out in their camp on Thursday in Marib province, northeastern Yemen.
Local sources reported that a fire broke out in one of the tents of the residents of FAO camp for the internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Marib, which led to the injury of three people, including a girl, with moderate injuries.
According to local sources, 112 fires have occurred in the camps for the displaced in Marib since the beginning of this year, which caused the death of six displaced people and the injury of 20 others.
These fires come amidst the deafening silence of the authorities loyal to Saudi-led coalition in the city of Marib, who have previously raided more than one time the IDPs camps and kidnapped dozens, including women and the elderly.
