Gunmen assassinate son of pro-coalition military commander in Dhalea

DHALEA, June 24 (YPA) – Unidentified gunmen assassinated a young man in Dhalea province, southern Yemen, on Friday in mysterious circumstances.

Eyewitnesses reported that the gunmen opened fire at the young man, Hael Abdullah Hussein Mohsen Al-Sufyani, near the Al-Samoud Club stadium, north of Al-Nasr Hospital, in the center of Dhalea, and shot him dead.

According to eyewitnesses, the murdered young man is the son of the military commander in the ranks of the Saudi-led coalition forces, “Abdullah Hussein Mohsen Al-Dhabayat.”

The security authorities affiliated with the government loyal to the coalition did not disclose any details about the assassination.
