Meteorology expects warm weather within next hours

SANAA, June 05 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology expected warm weather in the desert and coastal areas, with maximum temperatures ranging between 34-40 degrees Celsius.

The center indicated in its weather bulletin on Monday that the Socotra archipelago, especially the southern and eastern parts, would witness rains of varying intensity accompanied by thunderstorms.

The center also expected that sporadic rains accompanied by thunderstorms would prevail over parts of the provinces of Taiz, Ibb, Rayma, Hajjah, Mahweet and Dhalea, include parts Shabwa, Abyan, Lahj, as well as the western and southern coasts.

It warned citizens in the desert and coastal areas of the need to take necessary precautions from hot weather and not to be exposed to direct sunshine.

The center renewed his warning to the citizens not to be in the water ways, and valleys as rainfall.
