WORLD, June 02 (YPA) – The Syrian National Seismological Center announced that 11 tremors with a magnitude of 3.1 on the Richter scale have been recorded during the past 24 hours, without reporting any human or material losses.
According to the Syrian News Agency (SANA), the tremors, which were recorded from yesterday evening until 8:00 am today, were distributed between a tremor in the sea northwest of Latakia by 19 kilometers by 2.2 degrees, and a tremor in the Iskenderun Brigade northwest of Idlib by 68 kilometers and as much as 3 degrees.
The center explained that among the tremors also recorded, a tremor northwest of Hasaka by 169 kilometers and with a magnitude 2.6, a tremor south of Palmyra with a magnitude 2.1, a tremor north of Latakia with a magnitude 1.7, a tremor in the sea west of northwest of Latakia with a magnitude 3, and a tremor in the sea west of Latakia with a magnitude 1.8.
A tremor was also recorded west northwest of Tartous with a magnitude 1.1, a tremor in northern Lebanon southeast of Tartous with a magnitude 1 , and two tremors on the island of Cyprus with a magnitude 1.8.
