Report: Dozens of Saudi soldiers, militiamen killed in several combat fronts

SANAA, July 3 (YPA) – The Yemeni army assaulted sites and groups of the coalition militiamen over the past 24 hours in several combat fronts, slaying and wounding dozens, a military official told Yemen Press Agency on Tuesday.

In Lahj province, the army raided on sites of the militiamen in Moghnih area of Qabidah district, killing and injuring dozens.

In Taiz province, the army repulsed the militiamen’s attempt to move towards Maqbanah district, slaying, injuring many and destroying a military vehicle.

In border province of Najran, Dozens of Saudi soldiers were killed and wounded when the army repelled an attack of the militiamen towards al-Shorfa western site, as the artillery was fired at other groups in western, eastern site of Sudis.

The army raided against sites of militiamen off al-Khadra crossing point, slaying and injuring several of them.

The army waged assault against sites groups of the militiamen in al-Sakar hilltop and al-Buqa desert, killing, wounding A number of the militiamen  and destroyed a military vehicles.

In border province of Jizan, A number of the militiamen were slayed and injured when the army foiled an attempt to sneak up towards sites in al-Khubah area.

The army’s artillery fired at gatherings of Saudi soldiers and their militiamen in sites of Abu al-Maid camp, al-Madrasah village and al-Ma’ain, killing and wounding several of them.

In border governorate of Asir, the army’s sniper units shot dead two militiamen in Majazah area and hit groups of Saudi soldiers and their militiamen in Alib crossing point.
