Gold prices rise in Aden, stabilize in Sanaa

SANAA, May 16 (YPA) – Gold prices rose, on Tuesday, in Aden governorate, and the rest of the areas under control of the government formed by coalition countries by 20.68 dollars, and stock exchange indicators indicate that the price of the gold pound reached 590 thousand riyals, while gold prices, in the capital Sana’a and the rest of the governorates under control of National Salvation government, maintained stability, as the selling price of the gold pound settled at 245 thousand riyals.

The last update of prices in the goldsmith shops in the capital Sanaa, according to the “Yemen Economist” website, is as to follow:-
– Price of one gram of Gold 21 karat: Purchase = 30,000 YER, Sale = 32,000 YER.
– Price of one Gold Pound: Purchase = 241,000 YER, Sale = 245,000 YER.

The updated gold prices in the goldsmith shops in Aden are as to follow:-
– Price of one gram of Gold 21 karat: Purchase = 72,000 YER, Sale = 78,000 YER.
– Price of one Gold Pound: Purchase = 576,000 YER, Sale = 590,000 YER.
