Protest rallies held across Yemen to support Palestinian people in facing occupation

SANAA, May 14 (YPA) – Several massive popular demonstrations were staged on Sunday in the capital Sanaa and other provinces in support of the Palestinian people and their resistance for deterring the Zionist entity.

In the rallies, the participants strongly condemned the international silence regarding the Israeli crimes against civilians in Gaza and the occupied West Bank.

They praised the “Revenge of the Free” operation launched by the Palestinian resistance movements to avenge the blood of the martyrs and to deter the Zionist enemy on behalf of the entire nation, and to back every military step that the Palestinian resistance movements take in confronting this enemy.

The protesters appreciated the great sacrifices of the Palestinian people for the cause’s victory and the unity of “the Palestinian ranks in the face of an arrogant enemy.

The rallies stressed that the United States is an essential partner for “Israeli entity” in the aggression on Gaza, noting the Yemeni people stands by the Palestinian people to defend the holy places and to liberate the land.

They called on the peoples of the Arab and Islamic nation to hold the responsibility and move with all force to support the Palestinian resistance movements in facing the enemy.

On Saturday, the Yemeni tribes affirmed, through the head of the Tribal Cohesion Council in Yemen, Daifallah Rassam, the solidarity of the Yemeni tribes with the Palestinian resistance in confronting and taking revenge on the occupation entity, stressing that the Palestinian issue is the first and central issue of Yemen.

He declared the Yemeni tribes’ readiness to send 5 thousand fighters from 92 tribes to support the Palestinian resistance against the Zionist entity, calling on the axis of resistance, individuals, tribes, regimes and countries to be ready.
