Taiz witnesses mass rally in solidarity with Palestinian people

TAIZ, May 14 (YPA) – A massive rally took place at Mawiya junction in Taiz province on Sunday in solidarity with the Palestinian people and in condemnation of the military escalation of the Zionist enemy against the Gaza Strip. 

The participants raised flags of Palestine and Yemen and slogans condemning the Zionist attacks and terrorist acts committed by the Zionist occupation in Palestine. 

ِA statement issued by the mass rally condemned the shameful international silence regarding the Zionist occupation’s crimes against the Palestinian people, considering America a key partner in the aggression against Gaza. 

The rally’s statement affirmed the Yemeni people’s stand by the Palestinian people to liberate their land from the defilement of the Zionists and to establish an independent Palestinian state with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital. 

The statement called on the Arab peoples to assume responsibility and move with all force to support the Palestinian resistance movements and support Palestine and Al-Quds Al-Sharif.
