Meteorology calls on citizens to take away from torrential passages due to heavy rains

SANAA, April 30 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology warned citizens to take away from torrential passages due to heavy rains.

The center had expected rains of varying intensity would prevail over the provinces of Lahj, Taiz, Ibb, Dhamar, Bayda, Raymah, Sanaa, Amran, Mahweet, Hajjah and Saada, Dhalea and Abyan.

In its weather bulletin on Sunday, the center called for shelter from thunderstorms and to take the necessary precautions.

It also called on motorists to take carefully as a result of rockslides on mountain roads and a decrease in the horizontal visibility.
