There is large influx of US forces off Yemeni coast: Senior official

SANAA, April 29 (YPA) – There is a large influx and presence of US forces in Bab al-Mandab and off the Yemeni coast, Ansarullah Political Bureau’s member, Ali al-Qahoum, said.

“There must be an international move to stop Western colonial projects and end unipolarity before the West can achieve its destructive and Western colonial projects, al-Qahoum told Al-Mayadeen TV.

He pointed out that “the international conspiracy is massive against Yemen, and the control of the strategic Bab al-Mandab Strait represents danger and a threat at the regional level.”
Al-Qahoum expressed his optimism about the progress the progress and success in the efforts made by the Sultanate of Oman “to achieve just peace.

“Achieving humanitarian files, stopping aggression, and lifting the siege, are priority, as well as the exit of foreign forces and reconstruction and reparations,” he said in a statement, noting that the agreement on humanitarian files will lead to creating an atmosphere for the UN brokered dialogue without guardianship or external interference in a way that preserves the sovereignty, unity and independence of Yemen.

He affirmed that the atmosphere was positive, and progress was noticeable to achieve sustainable peace that meets the aspirations and sacrifices of the Yemeni people and preserves sovereignty, unity and independence.

Al-Qahoum went on to say, “Our expectations for the level of progress of the consultations in the coming days will be continuous, and progress will be achieved, regardless of the obstacles.”

He added that “the goal from the ongoing war is to drown Saudi Arabia in the swamp and implicate it in destroying Yemen and antagonizing its neighbors for clear colonial goals,”
considering that this comes within the framework of “the new old dreams of the Americans and the British represented in the occupation and colonization of Yemen and keeping the Yemeni arena turbulent.
