Municipality of Belgian Liège Freezes Relations with Zionist entity

WORLD, April 26 (YPA) -The municipality of the Belgian city of Liège decided Tuesday, April 25, 2023, to freeze its relations with the Israeli occupation, and all its public and private institutions, due to its flagrant violation of the rights of the Palestinian people.

The decision, which won the majority of the members of the municipal council and was submitted by the Belgian Labor, social, Green Party groups and the representative of the Vega Movement.

All groups affirmed support for the Palestinian people who have been suffering for so long from the Israeli apartheid.

The resolution also demanded “Israel” stop all its illegal settlement activities, including in the occupied city of Jerusalem, and its rejection of all attempts to change the reality before the occupation.
