48 released prisoners arrive at Sanaa airport

SANAA, April 16 (YPA) – The capital, Sanaa, received, in an official and popular ceremony at Sanaa International Airport, today, Sunday, 48 of its freed prisoners of war, most of whom were in the Saudi-led coalition’s prisons in Marib province.

The correspondent of the Yemeni Press Agency reported that among the released of today’s deal are detainees and abductees by Marib gunmen and have nothing to do with the military front.

He added: Those released in the first plane are detainees of the Political Security of the Islah Party in the city of Marib.

It is expected that four planes will arrive in the coming hours carrying the rest of the prisoners of war from Marib prisons, carrying about “105″ prisoners of war within the third and final phase of the prisoner exchange agreement, which began to be implemented on Saturday.
