Environmental factors affecting small enterprise sector discussed in Sanaa

SANAA, April 12 (YPA) – The Public Authority for Small and Micro Enterprise Development held an expanded meeting on Wednesday to assess environmental factors affecting the small and micro enterprise sector.

The meeting, which included 27 representatives from the government, private sectors, and civil society organizations, reviewed the report of the technical advisory team assigned by the Authority on assessing the current situation of the sector.

Ahmed Al-Kibsi, head of the Public Authority for the Development of Small and Micro Enterprises, stressed the importance of working to complete the national strategy for the development of small and micro enterprises, as it has a positive impact on the economic aspects of many citizens.

Al-Kibsi confirmed that the authority is keen to enable participating entities to contribute to the preparation of the strategy in accordance with the latest scientific practices.
