SANAA, April 07 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology get expected rains of varying intensity in a number of Yemen’s provinces.
The center said, in its weather forecast on Friday, that the rain of varying intensity, accompanied by thunderstorms, would prevail over separate parts of the governorates of Saada, Hajjah, Mahweet, Amran, Sanaa, Dhamar, Raymah, Ibb, Taiz, Dhalea, Bayda, Marib, Jawf, Shabwa, Hadramout and Mahra.
The center pointed to the possibility of active winds, with a speed of up to 27 knots, in the south of the Red Sea and Bab al-Mandab, working on sea turbulence and high waves.
It warned citizens of the flow of torrents in the water ways and valleys as a result of heavy rainfall in the provinces monitored above.
The center called motorists to drive carefully of the decrease in the range of horizontal visibility on mountainous roads.
