Shura Council strongly condemns Zionist enemy’s storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque

SANAA, April 06 (YPA) – The Shura Council strongly condemned the Zionist enemy’s storming and desecration of Al-Aqsa Mosque, vandalizing the contents of its Al-Qibli prayer hall, attacking worshipers and arresting hundreds of them, and firing stun grenades inside the mosque.

The council confirmed, in a statement it issued on Wednesday, that what is happening in Al-Aqsa, in terms of storming and beating worshipers, is a cowardly act of terrorism.

The statement held the Zionist entity responsible for all the consequences of this heinous crime, calling on the international community to intervene quickly and put pressure on the Zionist entity to stop its crimes against the Palestinians.

The council also called on the peoples of the Arab and Islamic nations to express their anger, rejection, and condemnation of the Zionist actions and to stand by the Palestinian people and support them in the face of the arrogance of the enemy entity.
