Clashes between ‘Taiz axis and Islah factions’ leave three dead

TAIZ, April 01 (YPA) – At least 3 recruits affiliated with Islah factions were killed and others were wounded on Saturday, in violent clashes in Taiz province, southwestern Yemen.

 This was reported by Yemen News Portal, based on testimonies of local sources.

According to local sources, violent confrontations broke out in al-Dhabab area between the son of the leader of the Taiz axis, Shakib Khaled Fadael, and a group that follows the so-called the “popular resistance” led by Hamoud Al-Mikhlafi,

The sources noted that the confrontations erupted following a dispute over levies.
