Meteorology expects rains to hit most provinces during next 24 hours

SANAA, March 27(YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) predicted that thundershowers of varying intensity will hit most of the Yemeni governorates during the next 24 hours.

The center said in its weather bulletin on Monday, it expects rains of varying intensity to the provinces of Saada, Hajjah, Mahwit, Amran, Sanaa, Dhamar, Raymah, Ibb and Taiz.

The center indicated rains may hit the governorates of Lahj, Dhalea, Bayda, Jawf, Marib and the plateaus of the governorates of Shabwa, Hadramout and Mahra.

The center warned citizens in areas where rain is expected not to be in torrential streams and valleys in order to preserve their safety and property.
