Yemen army attacks Saudi-backed militias in Taiz

TAIZ, Feb. 4 (YPA) – The Yemeni army launched three operations on militias loyal to Saudi-led coalition on Sunday in the southwestern province of Taiz, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The army inflicted heavy losses upon the militias, the official said.

The clashes took place in Tibab Souda hill in north of Mouzaa district, Jahmaliah area and in Yakhtel district.
