Huge fire devours toy depot in Sanaa

SANAA, March 21 (YPA) – A massive fire broke out today, Tuesday, in the Dubai Toy Stores and Warehouse on Hadda Street in the capital Sanaa.

The Director of the Civil Defense Department in the Municipality, Colonel Muhammad Bahish, explained that civil defense teams and fire engines rushed to the site of the fall to put it out and prevent its spread to neighboring shops and homes.

He confirmed that the civil defense was able to put out the fire, indicating that the fire broke out in the warehouse and the second and third floors, and its causes are not known yet.

Colonel Bahish called on the commercial centers and shops to adhere to the procedures and means of security, public safety, and self-protection to prevent and reduce risks.
