Meeting in Hodeidah port discusses coalition’s arbitrary measures

HODEIDAH, July 1 (YPA) – A meeting chaired by Transport Minister, Zakaraia al-Shami in the port of Hodeidah discussed on Sunday the work issues in the port, including the arbitrary measures imposed by US-Saudi aggression coalition on the port.

The meeting touched on aspects related to unloading cargos of vessels and issuing permits for entering the port as well as threats to ships and oil tankers of the Land Transport Authority.

Al-Shami urged the port staff on the discipline, especially in light of the misleading media campaign promoted by the aggression media to convince citizens of its false victories.

He confirmed that the port is operating at a high pace despite the modest potential and the aggression continuous air raids that aimed to halt its activity.

Moreover, the transport minister inspected conditions of the fighters stationed at checkpoints of Kilo 16 and Al-Aqad in Hodeidah province.
