Report: Saudi-led coalition launches 9 airstrikes, ground attacks on Yemen over 24 hours
SANAA, July 1 (YPA) – The US-backed Saudi-led coalition launched nine airstrikes and ground attacks on several provinces of Yemen during the past 24 hours, according to reports combined by Yemen Press Agency on Sunday.
· In Saada province:
Two airstrikes were waged on Sawad and Aal-Majzib areas of Sehar district.
Two airstrikes on Hajlah area of Razih district.
Meanwhile, missile and artillery shells were fired toward residential areas of Munabeh border district, damaging civilians’ properties.
Artillery and missile targeted several areas of Razih border district, causing damage to residents’ properties.
· In Sanaa province:
Saudi-backed militiamen targeted civilians’ homes in Majawaha area of Nehm district by artillery shells.
Meanwhile, an airstrike was waged on technical institute in the north of Sanaa international airport.
· In Hodeidah province:
Three air raids hit a civilian’s farm in Bait-Faqih district.
· In Saudi border province of Najran:
A Saudi-led coalition airstrike hit Shabakah site.
