Kazakhstan sends new plane carrying aid to Turkey

WORLD, Feb. 08 (YPA) – Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Emergencies sent a second plane to Turkey carrying a group of rescue teams, supplies and medicines to participate in rescue operations and search for victims of the devastating earthquake.

The second group includes 60 people, including rescue workers and doctors from the Ministry of Emergency Situations’ Disaster Medicine Center.

It carries about 150 types of special tools and equipment and more than 160 types of medicines.

Search and rescue operations will be concentrated in Antakya.
