Cold weather prevails over various provinces within next hours

SANAA, Feb. 02 (YPA) – Cold weather will be prevailed over a number of provinces of Yemen during the coming 24 hours, the National Center of Meteorology expected.

The center indicated in its weather forecast on Thursday that the heights of the provinces of Hadramout, Shabwa, Abyan, Lahj, Taiz and Ibb would be effected with relatively cold weather.

Active winds, reaching a maximum speed of 22 knots, are expected in the southern Red Sea, the entrance to Bab al-Mandab and the Socotra archipelago.

The center warned citizens in cold provinces to take the necessary precautions against the cold weather.
