Child injured in Hajjah cluster bomb blast

HAJJAH, Fab. 01 (YPA) – A child was injured on Tuesday when a cluster bomb left by the US-Saudi-Emirati coalition had exploded on Tuesday in Hajjah province.

Executive Center for Mine Action confirmed that a 12-year-old child was injured while grazing sheep, as a result of the explosion of the bomb left over from the coalition’s air strikes in Kaaedna district.

The Center explained that the area is still contaminated with many bombs dropped by the coalition in the area, which pose a threat to the lives of citizens.
