Resistance Committees: Zionist enemy will pay high price for its increase of violence against prisoners

OCCUPIED QUDS, Jan. 31 (YPA) – The Resistance Committees in Palestine confirmed on Tuesday that the Zionist escalation against the heroic prisoners in enemy prisons, confiscation of their property, and restrictions on them is a declaration of war against the Palestinian people with all its components.

In a press statement reported by the “Palestine Today” news agency, the resistance committees stressed that “the aggression against the prisoners will not go unnoticed and the enemy will pay a heavy price for it.”

The Resistance Committees considered that the Zionist Prison Service’s continuation of its escalation against the prisoners, in compliance with the decisions of the fascist criminal, Minister of “National Security,” Itamar Ben Gvir, is a new crime added to the record of the enemy’s crimes against the prisoners, and a clear violation of the rights of the prisoners.

The Committees called on all concerned parties, human rights institutions and the International Committee of the Red Cross to provide them with protection and put pressure on the Zionist government to stop its criminal practices, which will have significant repercussions inside and outside prisons.

In the statement, the committees called on the Palestinian people to strike the enemy with all force so that the enemy knows very well that the prisoners are not alone in the confrontation.

It is worth mentioning that a state of tension prevailed in all Zionist prisons, amid expectations that there would be escalatory steps in all Zionist detention centers to respond to what is happening with the female prisoners.
