Yemeni riyal witnesses recovery against foreign currency in Sanaa

SANAA, Jan. 28 (YPA) – The Yemeni riyal exchange rate on Saturday witnessed relative recovery against foreign currencies in the areas under the control of the National Salvation Government, reaching 551 riyal per US dollar and 147 riyals per Saudi riyal.

In the southern provinces of Aden and Hadramout, controlled by the Saudi-led coalition, the exchange rates of riyal continued to flop against foreign currencies, reaching 1,236 riyals per US dollar and 328 per Saudi riyal.
