Yemeni riyal witnesses slight recovery against foreign currency in southern provinces

SANAA, Jan. 25 (YPA) – The Yemeni riyal exchange rate on Wednesday witnessed relative recovery against foreign currencies in the southern provinces of Aden and Hadramout, controlled by the Saudi-led coalition reaching 1,229 riyal per US dollar and 327 riyals per Saudi riyal.

On the other hand, in the areas under the control of the National Salvation Government, the exchange rates of riyal raised against foreign currencies, reaching 556 riyals per US dollar and 146 per Saudi riyal.
