Violent explosion rocks Aden city

ADEN, Jan. 09 (YPA) – A violent explosion shook on Sunday the port city of Aden, and the initial information indicated that it took place in a mosque in the city.

Eyewitnesses reported that the explosion took place inside “Muthayib” mosque in the Crater District, during the evening prayer.

They said that ambulances and police came an hour after the explosion, and did not provide any information about the victims or the cause of the explosion.

Aden is witnessing an unprecedented chaos in light of the conflicts between the armed factions funded by Saudi-led coalition to control the city.
