Transport Minister stresses need for vigilance to face aggression threats

HODEIDAH, June 28 (YPA) – Minister of Transport Zakaria al-Shami on Thursday stressed the need to enhance vigilance and raise readiness to face threats of the aggression.

During his meeting with chief and staff of the Coast Guard Deprtment in Hodeidah province, al-Shami emphasized the importance of strengthening the coordination between the Transport Ministry and the Coast Guard to improve performance and achieve the desired results.

Moreover, the transport minister paid also an inspection visit to the port of Hodeidah, during which he was briefed on the progress of work in the port.
