National Centre of Meteorology issues forecast on cold weather

SANAA, Dec. 30 (YPA) The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has posted a weather bulletin, expecting partly cloudy to cloudy skies, accompanied by some convective clouds associated with rainfall over scattered areas of the country.

It is expected that the weather will be cold during the night and early morning in the provinces of Saada, Amran, Sanaa, Dhamar, Bayda Shabwa, Abyan, Lahj, Dhalea, Taiz, Raymah, Mahweet, and Ibb.

According to the center, the Socotra archipelago may witness rains of varying intensity.

The center called on citizens in cold areas to take the necessary precautions from the cold weather, and farmers to protect their agricultural crops.
