Israeli enemy PM: “We laid foundations for Saudi Arabia’s accession to normalization agreements”

MIDDLE EAST, Dec. 29 (YPA) – The outgoing Israeli Prime Minister, Yair Lapid, revealed on Thursday that “there are new developments in terms of Zionist-Saudi relations.”

Hebrew media quoted Lapid as saying before the Knesset, “We started a dialogue with the Saudis that will allow flights over the kingdom’s lands and the arrival of worshipers to Mecca.”

He added, “Most importantly, we laid the foundations for Saudi Arabia’s accession to the normalization agreements, and if the new government continues on this path, it will be possible to reach normalization with Saudi Arabia.”

Last Thursday, Benjamin Netanyahu, the designated Israeli Prime Minister, said that the peace or normalization agreement with Saudi Arabia would facilitate reaching a Palestinian-Zionist “peace” agreement.
