Speaker of Parliament congratulates his counterpart in Niger on National Day

SANAA, Dec. 18 (YPA) – The SpeakerofParliament, Mr. Yahya Ali al-Rai, sent on Sunday a cable of congratulations to the president of the National Assembly of the Republic of Niger, Seni Oumarou, on the occasion of his country’s celebrations of the National Day.
