113 service projects inaugurated in capital Sanaa

SANAA. Dec. 16 (YPA) – Undersecretary of the Capital Sanaa for the Works Sector, Abdulkarim Al-Houthi, on Thursday said that the service projects that have been inaugurated amounted to 113 projects.

Al-Houthi explained that 44 projects would be completed within four months, and 49 other projects would be finished within five months.

Al-Masirah TV channel quoted Al-Houthi as saying: “The projects are distributed among bridge projects, rehabilitation of roads, and street lighting with solar energy.”

Al-Houthi indicated that “ Al-Nasr Bridge” project, as an exception, would be completed within eight months, and there are four projects for draining flood water that would be completed within 6-7 months.

He noted that the Capital Municipality undertakes to complete a number of lighting projects during the next few months., including construction and maintenance, in several streets in the capital city, most of which are powered by solar energy.
