Presidential decree issued to establish “National Steadfastness Program”

SANAA, Nov. 08 (YPA) – President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi Al-Mashat, on Tuesday issued the decree No. (36) for the year 1444 AH to establish the National Steadfastness Program.

The decree contained 19 articles divided into five chapters: the nomenclature and definitions (two articles), the program establishment, its objectives, tasks and general terms of reference (three articles), the program management (five articles), the program financial resources and its financial system (five articles), and the general provisions (four articles).

The 19th article stipulates that this decree shall be effective from the date of issuance and published in the Official Gazette.
